THE POLICY OF MANAGEMENT

The management of T&T ENGINEERING Ltd official declare their direction policy,starting  with the belief,that the prosperity and the future of Organization   depend on the trust and the prosperity of all stakeholders. 

THE MANAGEMENT POLICY IS AIMED AT HIGH QUALITY EXECUTION OF BUILDING DESIGN,CONSTRUCTION WORK,INVESTORS CONTROL,PROTECTION OF ENVIRONMENT AND STAFF HEALTH,IN ACCORDANCE WITH CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS,LEGISLATION AND ALL STAKEHOLDERS.

To implement its policy the Direction of T&T ENGINEERING Ltd directs efforts in the following  directions: 

• Compliance  with terms and all other terms  of the contracts and customer orders;
• Achievement and security of fixed level quality of the design activities performed,construction work and investors control; 
• Increasing the technical level of the equipment; 
• Reducing costs  from a non-compliant product and scattering of materials; 
• Fulfillment of the normative requirements management of significant aspects of the environment; 
• Providing and maintaining safe working conditions of work in accordance with the requirements of the Bulgarian legislation; 
• Motivation of staff through continuous improvement of working conditions; 
• Adding to effective measures against pre-revolutionary misconduct and abuse at work;
• Taking effective preventive action  to prevent environmental pollution; 

A guarantee for the execution  of the test pieces is construction,maintaince and development of an integrated system for management,complying with the standards ISO 9001:2008,ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. 

 With the adoption of the modern  management  approach,executive management undertakes to provide adequate resources,necessary to achieve  the objectives set and ensures the necessary conditions to meet the requirements of the integrated system for management in T&T ENGINEERING Ltd.
